Your Visit & What to Expect |

When you visit our office, you will be greeted and asked to fill out some forms which let the doctor and his staff know a little more about your medical history, insurance, and why you are visiting.
You may visit the Forms section of this web site to access time-saving forms which you may print out and fill in before visiting our office.
When you meet with your doctor, it will be helpful if you have a good idea of why you are there. Are you experiencing pain in a specific place? Have you recently noticed a change in your feet? Are you suddenly having difficulty performing certain activities? What are your symptoms?
Contact us at any of our eight locations during regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., or after hours to be put in touch with the on-call doctor. We encourage you to contact us before visiting an emergency room, if possible, in light of the high cost of emergency care. |
